Managing Multiple Projects at Once

Lovett Signs

Project Manager
End-to-end coordination of 20+ monthly signage projects across commercial and public sector clients in Ontario
Overview
I worked in a fast-paced environment managing signage projects for commercial and public sector clients. Every project followed the same steps from start to finish, and I was responsible for the whole process while keeping multiple projects moving at the same time.
How each project worked
Every project went through the same stages: quote, design approvals, deposit, site check, permits (landlord and city), fabrication, installation, completion report, and final invoice. Each sign also had to meet the client's brand guidelines and follow city or mall regulations.

  • Managed full client communication from first quote to final invoice

  • Tracked timelines across design, fabrication, and installation teams

  • Prepared bids for public and private sector clients

  • Coordinated permits with landlords and city authorities

  • Kept CRM records and project documentation organized

  • Made sure every project met brand and regulatory requirements
